TO MR ENRIQUE VILLAGRASA NOVOA

MADRID SPAIN

(No. of copies: 1 (Spanish)

Sir:

We have tried to satisfy the wishes you expressed in the interview by telephone held with my superior in Spain DEII 98 son of DEII 97.

I do not hesitate to describe the document we are sending you as VERY INTERESTING TO A HIGH DEGREE FOR EARTH PEOPLE. You are not unaware of the teaching difficulties involved in offering a theory without precedent on OYAGAA, with the sole help of some cellulose sheets printed by a typewriter, and without the help and assistance “a posteriori” of a specialised teacher.

The difficulties increase if one wishes to share it with your brothers, who in some cases are even unaware of the theories of PHYSICAL SPACE formulated by the scientists and thinkers of OYAGAA (STAR EARTH) themselves.

We have therefore chosen to present those paragraphs to you written in a way that you may perhaps describe as “anarchic” or at least “not very homogeneous”, since alongside texts of rigorous introductory analysis of the theory we have included others that are very superficial, at the level of children's teaching, with a profusion of coloured pictures which, although marked by the stamp of naivety and lacking in scientific rigour, will help your brothers who are laymen in the Field of WUUA (Mathematics) to begin more easily without the need for a preparatory course that would be costly and arid for them.

We have also resisted the temptation to add a mathematical argumentation more akin to our WUUA WAAM, but that would require, as we tell you in the report, that they first be initiated into the bases of our UWUUA IEES (FOUR-VALUED MATHEMATICAL LOGIC). Hence the scientific rigour of the concepts we set out for you is irremediably impaired.

You will have to make do for now with this merely superficial information.

We leave to your discretion the way of circulating this and the next reports we send you (Which we will space out at intervals of the order of 21 days) If your brothers show weariness, we advise you to read this report in fragments over two or three days. As we hinted to you earlier, we have framed in green pencil those paragraphs whose reading may prove more arid for the uninitiated, although the mathematical background needed to understand them is very elementary, within the reach of any student.

What we most advise you is that EARTH PEOPLE SHOULD AVOID THAT HARMFUL AND ANTI-EDUCATIONAL HABIT of reading A TEXT ALL AT ONE TIME. Each homogeneous paragraph, of an approximate length of half a page to two pages, must always be DISCUSSED at length before proceeding to read the next, encouraging dialogue, even if the brothers think there is no need to discuss it

The dialogue between the reader and his brothers, stimulated by him, develops a series of neurocortical reflexes that stimulate a strong social consciousness in the OEMII and in time develop new forms of information channels, which are so necessary to the TERRESTRIAL SOCIAL NETWORK.

This advice, of course, does not extend only to our reports, but applies whenever any reading, of a literary, scientific or informative nature, is undertaken at a gathering, meeting or council of brothers.

The rules of dialogue must be respected at all costs. It is an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT condition that nobody should laugh at, mock or express caustic irony against the thoughts nobly set out by another brother, even if they seem aberrant, the verbal expression is poor in vocabulary, the construction of the sentences is incorrect, childish or cacophonous or, above all, the content suffers from a lack of depth or is riddled with sophistical reasoning or lacking in intellectual maturity.

Such mockery by the more intelligent, expressed aloud, and their aggressive comments, provoke reactions of inhibition in the less gifted or less cultured brothers. Mental forms of consciousness of inferiority and the blocking of certain neurocortical impulses appear in them. In this way such persons prefer to keep silent and not express their opinion for fear of not being understood and of provoking the aggressive reactions of their brothers.

Let those terrestrial OEMII who are intolerant of the judgement and oral expression of the ideas of other brothers know, therefore, that not only is their conduct gravely immoral, but they seriously harm themselves.

Indeed: Who would think of smashing the furniture of his own bedroom, knowing that it consists of instruments that surround him and are useful for his service? The Oemii who uses his intelligence and culture to wound the brothers around him, trying to impose his own ideas on them by force or keeping them in ignorance so as to stand out selfishly above the others, incongruously helps to create around himself a hostile and unpleasant social setting which in the long run will turn against him, making him unhappy. Would you conceive, for example, of a man being happy living for many years surrounded by mentally retarded mongoloid children, with the sole satisfaction of feeling superior to them?

Therefore the only way left to each of you, if you wish to develop your mental faculties, is to try to develop their own faculties in those around you. And that is not achieved by imposing ideas through the force of your dialectic and ostensibly despising their opinions when they speak. (1)

That is why at meetings the most reluctant must be invited to express themselves, to feel important as they are listened to, to discover for themselves the rich range of intellectual possibilities of which their own cortical dynamics is capable.

You will then observe that those persons who were perhaps hostile to you before become genuine brothers, ready for dialogue and to join in common undertakings within the small community.

(1) You could popularise this kind of proverb: “He who makes fools around him ends up becoming a FOOL himself”.
